Of the operating systems owners actually run, Scaling Up carries the most real strategy content — and one thing in it we do not match.
Short answer: Scaling Up asks the sharpest strategy questions in this category and owns cash discipline outright, but you and a coach still supply the answers. Percision answers them from your own numbers and shows the working. If the One-Page Strategic Plan turns into an argument about what is true, settle that first.
What Percision actually does, in two and a half minutes:
Cash. It is the only system in this category that treats cash as a first-class decision rather than an output, and the Cash Conversion Cycle and the Power of One are the sharpest tools any of them ship. Most companies that fail had a plan; they ran out of money while executing it. If your constraint is cash, start there and start this month.
The meeting rhythm is also better developed than ours — daily huddle through to the annual planning session, each with a defined job. And the 7 Strata is a genuine strategy framework rather than a form: brand promise, X-factor, profit-per-X and the sandbox you have chosen are real strategic content that a V/TO does not ask for.
1. A framework is a set of questions. "What words do you own? What is your X-factor? What is your profit-per-X?" These are excellent questions. Scaling Up does not answer them — you and a coach do, out of what you already believe. Percision answers them from your business and shows the working, including where the working runs out.
2. The arithmetic is homework. The Cash Conversion Cycle is a real calculation, the Power of One is a sensitivity analysis, and the One-Page Strategic Plan has nowhere to show either. They get done in a spreadsheet beside the plan, or they get skipped.
3. It works best with a coach, and the coach is the constraint. The certified-coach network is a strength, but it puts a calendar and a day rate between you and the output. Percision has neither.

If you can already answer the 7 Strata honestly and the team agrees on the answers, you do not need us to produce a strategy — you need the execution rhythm, and Scaling Up has the better one. If filling in the One-Page Strategic Plan turns into an argument about what is actually true, that argument is the thing to settle first, and it is settled with numbers rather than with a facilitator.
If cash is the binding constraint, use Scaling Up's cash tools whatever else you do. You can also read a complete Percision report first — every page, no email required.
